Admin Recovery
Use this page to resend guardian consent, resend teen onboarding, recover paid bookings, or update teen zip and neighborhood details.
Guardian Consent
Resend the guardian consent form. Application ID, TT-Teen ID, or teen email can find the record. If no consent record exists yet, the system will create one from the teen application before sending.
Teen Onboarding
Resend the teen onboarding acknowledgement email. Application ID, TT-Teen ID, or teen email can find the latest application.
Recover Paid Booking
Use this when a client paid in Stripe but the booking did not land in Supabase. Client email is usually enough. Stripe checkout session IDs start with cs_ and payment intent IDs start with pi_.
Resend Booking Confirmation
Send the client booking confirmation email again from a recovered Supabase booking. Booking ID is best, but client email can resend the latest booking confirmation for that client.
Teen Info
Use this to backfill teen zip code or neighborhood after recovering older application details. Application ID is best, but teen email works too.
