Task Teens Boundaries and Safety Rules

Task Teens provides teen help for safe, age-appropriate household tasks. Task Teens is not a babysitting, childcare, nursing, medical, transportation, or emergency care service. Parents or responsible adults in the home remain responsible for children at all times.

The teen should not be left alone as a childcare provider and should not diaper, bathe, medicate, transport, or supervise children as a caregiving role. The teen may pause or decline work that feels unsafe, inappropriate, too heavy, outside the written scope, or outside guardian approval.

Schedule changes, recurring changes, added tasks, added hours, missed visits, and pay changes should be coordinated through Task Teens so expectations stay clear for the client, teen, guardian, and dispatch.

Dispatch Check-In Rules

Teen texts Dispatch at 623-252-6738 upon arrival before beginning work.

Teen texts Dispatch upon departure with total time worked.

Client or teen should notify Dispatch as soon as possible for schedule changes.

For emergencies, call 911 first, then notify Task Teens.

Acknowledgement

By signing below, the parties acknowledge that the assignment summary, final scope, schedule, payment terms, boundaries, dispatch rules, and Task Teens policy expectations were reviewed.
